Our robust, medium speed engines have been developed for maximum usability. They are designed with continuous operation, low consumption and long maintenance intervals in mind. They are also designed for easy and simple maintenance. Interesting is that ABC spare parts are NATO-codified. ABC engines can be double elastically mounted and adjusted for minimal noise, vibration, magnetic and thermal signature.
An ABC engine has all modern sensors and operating systems so that they can be controlled with a touchscreen from the bridge but they remain 100 % mechanical, making it easier to maintain and more reliable. We call this "SMART": Simple, Mechanical, Affordable, Reliable and Tailormade according to your requirements.
By means of an (optional) monitoring system the crew can perform predictive and first-line maintenance. In our factory in Ghent we have facilities to provide customized training for permanent crew training.
